The Ellington Collaborative (TEC)

The Cowbell is supported by the students and staff at The Ellington Collaborative (TEC Program). Many of the students in the TEC Program require life and independent living skills to ensure future success in adulthood. While many students have internships with community businesses and in the schools, there is a need for more opportunities for students to see all aspects of a business including: using a cash register, learning about profits and losses, ordering materials, creating items to sell and market, learning customer service skills and interacting with the local community- hence the creation of the Cowbell!
